We require 48 hours' notice for orders placed online, if you require an order in less than 48 hours, please call or email us and we will be happy to assist you choosing our range available for that date.
Orders can also be placed in store or over the phone, online orders will be emailed with a confirmation order on purchase.
Please note* - No changes to orders/ messages on cakes can be made 48 hours prior to pick up date.
NO MODIFICATIONS CAN BE MADE TO ANY OF OUR INDIVIDUAL OR LARGE CAKES. THEY ARE SOLD AS THEY ARE SEEN.
Special Orders
We require 1 weeks' notice for special orders, this includes large cakes starting at 20 people serving or over and novelty cakes. No changed to novelty cakes can be made 1 week prior to pick up date. Please contact us for confirmation before ordering.
If you have any specific requirements for an order, please contact us to discuss details before ordering at enquiries@laroyalepatisserie.com.au or phone us on (02) 9604 4008. We will advise you if the request is possible or not will an immediate response.
Edible images require 1 weeks' notice and to be emailed in a JPEG format.
Food Allergy Disclosure
All products made on our premises may contain traces of milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any of our productions are 100% free of any of these ingredients.
If you require or have any dietary requirements email or please ask for assistance in store before purchasing or placing an order.
Customers are responsible to ask if they require any special dietary requiremnts before purchasing a cake (for example, does it contain alcohol or nuts). You will not be refunded if dietary requirment was not asked before making purchase.
Payments
Full payment is required when placing orders online, a confirmation receipt will be emailed once payment is accepted
A deposit of 20% is required for all orders over $50.00 in store or over the phone, 50% deposit is required for orders over $80.00 along with novelty cake orders to confirm order. Payments can be done over the phone or in store.
Refunds/Cancellations/Credit
Please be aware we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations on orders, otherswise you will lose 100% of your total order.
If unsure about a product, please contact us prior to ordering and choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you change your mind.
We do not give refunds on cakes once picked up, an exchange or credit may be applicable if order is incorrect, conditions apply.
We do not take any responsibility for cakes/orders if damaged or stolen once they have left our store.
