In 2006 La Royale Patisserie opened in Wetherill Park, Sydney. The family owned- business incorporates contemporary desserts with a combination of South-American, French and Italian classics. The goal is to bring families and friends together to connect, celebrate and enjoy these traditional cakes of the same quality here with us and at home.
Head Pastry Chef Arthur Rodriguez has had 15 years' experience working along side South American, Italian & French pastry chefs, along with his team they take pride and are committed in using the highest quality ingredients and traditional baking and mixings methods to produce delicious desserts, pastries, gourmet pies and sausage rolls with sensational flavours. The recipes are old and new, some that have been passed down from family like the famous Nonnas Mayonnaise that is still used in most of the panini's and focaccias.
After twelve years in operating, the store has recently undergone major store internal renovations and refurbishments giving the store a more elegant and modernised feel. What distinguishes La Royale Patisserie from others is the open view to the kitchen, everything that is seen in the store is created, made and baked fresh in the premises.
Since re-opening, new desserts and pastries have been added to the menu, along with fresh gelato that is available all year round. Tea lovers now enjoy a more refined tea experience using a delicious fine organic, fruit and herbal tea blends. The store has evolved the dine-in menu by launching a breakfast menu that has been created and cooked by an Australian celebrity chef.
