Food Allergy Notice

Please be advised that food prepared at La Royale Patisserie may contain these ingredients: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soybean, Peanuts and Tree Nuts. We cannot guarantee any of our productions are 100% free of any of these ingredients.

If you require or have any dietary requirements email or please ask for assistance in store before purchasing or placing an order.

Customers are responsible to ask if they require any special dietary requirments before purchasing a cake (for example, does it contain Alchohol or Nuts). You will not be refunded if dietary requirment was not asked before making purchase. 

Here at La Royale Patisserie we use flour on a daily basis and other ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts and tree nuts (see food allergy notice). We cannot guarantee any of our products are 100% gluten-free. However, we do produce cakes without flower;

Please be aware that these cakes may have traces of these ingredients, if you require or have a dietary requirement email or contact us before placing an order on a Gluten Free Cake. 

• Yes we do provide EFTPOS facilities in store and there is no minimum spend
• Visa/Mastercard and Amex are accepted
• We require full payment when ordering online, there is no surcharge for sales via our website
• A deposit of 20% is required when ordering in store or over the phone on orders over $50.00 
• A deposit of 50% is required when ordering in store or over the phone on orders over $80.00

Gift Vouchers

Gift voucher cards are available in store to purchase, no minimum spend. Vaild for 1 year. 

Gift cards not redeemable for cash, we do not accept responsibility for unauthorised use, lost or damaged cards. Card must be presented at the time of payment. 

Storage

We recommend the storage of our cakes or individual pastries go straight into fridge or cool room once collected. Please ensure cakes are kept out of direct sunlight or not kept in a warm environment.

Novelty cakes please follow instruction on box on how to store cake once collected.

If you've visited our store, you may have seen how busy we can sometimes be when the shop is full during busy peak periods. In busy peak periods, we ask customers to collect a ticket and queue in line to be served.

We currently do not do reservations in our cafe

La Royale Patisserie is in Greenway Plaza which an easily accessible parking lot from Elizabeth Street and The Horsley Drive car park entrances. Disabled parking is available in the centre.  

We do not have restrooms on the premises, however Greenway Plaza provides restrooms in the centre which can be found next to spotlight and pet barn.
